McDonald’s was looking to directly engage a specific young adult ethnic group with a web portal.  I was brought in to recommend content approaches and implementation tactics.

•Created Strategic White Paper on New Media marketing tactics, audience specific content and infrastructure.

  • Troubleshot a Global Branding Banner Campaign for 3Com, reorganizing it and riding through to completion, taking control of project half-way through its life-cycle.
  • Reorganization of project.
  • Coordinated between creative, media and production departments.
  • Coordinated directly with MSNBC and PointCast for placement and implementation of ads.
  • Coordinated translation of ad copy into three dialects.
  • Wrapped up project one week early by repurposing earlier creative units that hadn't run in the final market.

I was brought in to manage the content migration for InternationalTrucks off of the Navistar corporate site and onto its own domain.

  • Manage content migration for a Fortune 500 firm’s movement of a product line to an independent web site.
  • Identify relevant content on the original site and tag it for migration.
  • Identify content gaps.
  • Identify format and online applications issues prior to migration.
  • Manual migration of content to a Vignette system.

  • Converted static HTML Clip Art section of web site into a dynamically generated database application (ASP/ADO) for better browsing and easier maintenance.
